Lo que la gente dice

Good location relatively cheap. The smell from the kitchen goes up in the whole house. Thew stairways are very steep and narrow, there is no elevator. The guests have to use one toilet with bathroom on the floor, you can wait up to 25 min in the morning. Bad sound isolation, if you are unlucky to have loud neighbors you can hear all the noises during the night especially when using the common toilets.
