We enjoyed our stay at U Zamku very much. Petr was a most welcoming and friendly host, helping with parking on arrival and numerous other things during our stay. He even posted a tripod stand, which we had left behind, to our next hotel. The location is wonderful, right under the castle, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts very good. Our host Jana is amazing. She is so eager to please her guests and she has such a happy and bubbly personality. The location is perfect----right in the heart of Cesky Krumlov. Only a 5 minute walk to the plaza and the castle is right there. The food Jana prepared for breakfast is very authentic Czech and delicious. The room is uniquely decorated and meticulously clean. The beds are very comfortable.
