We loved everything about the Alchymist. We had original booked at their sister hotel but because we were travelling in a group of four there wasn't enough room so the upgrade us to this hotel. All I can say the staff were excellent, I emailed on how do we get there from the train and they sent a driver to pick us up and it was complimentary. The

Owner's niece, the receptionist who works on weekends, is EXCELLENT and VERY helpful. She treated all my family's issues with great care and diligence and in a prompt manner. Hotel, even though under construction/renovation on street level for 2 more months, was a great place to stay (close by city and Charles bridge (2 tram stops away)) and had a wonderful restaurant in Rathskeller downstairs. The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite .
