This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .
Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

Host are very warm. Room very clean. All facilities described in presentation are included and work very well.
I recommand strongly to stay short, medium or long time here, especially if you look for best place close to the city center and meanwhile beachs. Enjoy your trip in Split

Ubicación excelente, a unos pasos del paseo marítimo(el que está situado en la calle sv luke). Estudio muy amplio con terraza y baño limpio. Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. -

The best possible choice to stay in Split! The location is just perfect (within 5 minute walk you can reach 3 of the best restaurants in Split, two of them with seaview). Boban is just 15 minute walk from the city center and 3 minute walk from the beach. It is situated in the beautiful and peaceful area.
But the most worth of the stay is facility and Boban restaurant - we stayed in the penthouse - beautiful rooms with amazing, spacious terrase. Cleaned every day. And breakfast was just deliciou
