Apartments Salvezani - Fotos
Lo que la gente dice
Location is superb - a quiet, artsy street right in the middle of the palace walls. While the presence of tourists is all surrounding, Salvezani was a little oasis of quiet in the midst of chaos. Irina (hostess) is warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. She seems to take immense pride in providing an authentic Split experience to her guests and has provided very homey touches throughout the apartment to make it feel comfortable. todo comentarios »
Great location in the palace, you have all restaurants and shops just a minute away. Apartment is great equipped with everything you may need for a longer stay. A good tip is to ask for a double bed as the other apartment has a small bed. Also, be prepared to climb narrow stairs and small doorways to the apartment - did not bother us but we just thought it was lovely.
Very charming small apartment with kitchen, washer and ample bedrooms space - great bed. The bathroom was very small and might not be everyone's cup of tea. To shower you need to draw a curtain around the sink area in front of the stool and the whole bathroom becomes a shower. We loved it but not everyone might.
Fully equipped apartment. Cosy without being too small. Original building within the walls of the palace. Modern comforts but original stone features and original timber beams remain. Lovely hostess who gives great advice. Great breakfast and coffee in nearby cafe. Great stay.
Irena is hospitable. The apartment was beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean, great location especially. We love this rustic stlye apartment. The breakfast and coffee in nearby cafe is great too. We would highly recommend the Apartments Salvezani.
Great location, right in the centre with the sounds of the cafes
and churches all around. Irina looked after us very well, and even
took us to her country house in the hills, giving us a tour of the
small village.
We were warmly welcomed and the apartment was fantastic, we only wish we could have stayed longer but rest assured we will return and recommend Salvezani to our friends. Many Thanks.
Convenience, sense of history, a sensitively restored historic apartment, beautifully appointed, right in the centre of Diocletian's palace in Split.
Amazing place. Perfectly located in the old city, very cosy and fully equipped. Very nice host, very supportive and helpful. Fantastic.
Irena the owner was fabulous and a wealth of knowledge. Situated in the perfect part of the palace. Felt like a local. Loved Split v.
Amazing location, right in the center of Split. Lovely decor, more like an apartment than a hotel or bread and breakfast.
It was a very charming guesthouse with two bedrooms in the heart of the old town, just steps away from everything.
We loved the location in the old city. The space had a lot of character and we liked the split-level loft.
A lovely cosy apartment which has great character. We were given a very warm welcome by Irena.
Loved this apartment! Great location. Very friendly! Would definitely stay here again : ).
Fantastic location and really friendly staff.
It's a very cosy place to stay just in the heart of Split city. The
apartment it's very nice furbished and equiped...you have the
feeling that you're staying in somebody's home. We found some
nice books and some liquers! It also has a wash mashine and a place
outside to hang your clothes. It is very romantic place! You are very
close to all the restaurants and bars and to marina.
Location, authentic feel, decent shower.
I was not such a big fan of Split, itself, but it is something to be seen and experienced. And if so, you would be in wonderful care at Salvezani and with Irina.
If you have trouble sleeping you may suffer from the noises of the old town night life.
Had some issues communicating with host Irina so when we arrived we did not know how to get the keys. It all was fine in the end but I suggest making clear meeting plans via email in advance of arrival.
Noisy. This can not be avoided if you wish to stay in the old part of town though. Did not stop us from sleeping soundly anyway.
Time to pack and go home.
Steep stairs up to our apartment and more steep stairs up to bedroom The bathroom was on another level.
Slightly steep in price, but a minor complaint and I can see why it was the price it was due to location/comfort.
There are no views from the windows as it is very close to other buildings.
Disorganised staff. They need to be more across the detail.
The bathroom is very small, you can hardly take a shower. The aprtment
is situated in the old town and during the night it is very noisy. You
don't have a parking place if you come by car. The parking costs 1,5
euro/hour!!!! There is no place to leave your car and the local
authorities pick up foreign cars from streets.
Owner disorganised. Didn't show up to collect me. Didn't show up when checking out. Difficult to get hold of.
