The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa
is a short walk to the beach (we enjoyed our coffee there in the
morning...with the sun and the view). If you don't mind a little
walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store
down the street. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous.

We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment. Amazing views of the sea and the historical Rovinj. Do you feel that you are on the beach. Room was new and clean. Every day was cleaning, fresh towels every other day. Breakfast can choose from the menu, are high. Again we booked a stay in the spring

The guy is extremely nice (had some beer, milk and water for us free of charge), ave us a ride to the center, lended us his computer, etc. Totally recommendable for someone who has a car or walking is not a problem cause center of town is quite far. You have a nice beach just 100 meters walking from the hotel. -

You get real value for money.
Our hosts were extremely kind.
I especially appreciate it that when my girlfriend got sick during our holiday, our hostess didn't hesitate to help us out in all ways that she could.
I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
