The location of Villa Squero was perfect. The first 2 nights we stayed in the attic room where we were happy except for the bonking of our heads on the angled ceiling. We just loved everything. From the location to the fantastic breakfast on the terrace to the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Also, the little touches, like the bottle of sparkling water in the fridge and a gateau to nibble each evening on our return. The hotel is so good for both the old town of Rovinj and also for the wonderful coast line, which we could explore on the free bikes which we got from the hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The property has a beautiful garden, a very good restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and a playground for children. The owners were very friendly and even though we arrived late (at 3 a.m.!!) because we had car problems, they didn't seem to have a problem with it.
The apartment was really nice and quiet with a small terrace, the bed big and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. -

Agradable personal, cómodas instalaciones. - The staff was very helpful as to what to do and where to eat etc. Gave us the map and then drew up how to get to the ferries etc. - Great place to stay - good location and very accomodating staff

Villa Palme is a beautiful apartment hotel with a fantastic view over the sea. Erika, the owner, is so nice and helpful and welcome you in a warm atmosphere. Close to everything, by walking. Be ready to walk ups and down since Opatia is buit in hills. But it is good to move after a good dinner and some drinks. Taxi is very cheep. -

The appartment was very clean and is was enough space for three people. The bed broke down by sitting on it, but that wasn't your fault. You were helpful and took a look at it instantly. I think that it's not okay when people ruin something and don't say it to the host.

good value for money, pleasant owner with excellent English, kitchen well supplied with dishes, pots, etc. Only 12 minute walk to centre, very quiet and comfortable, little terrace area.

Fantastic location - getting the boat to and from the mainland wasn't a problem as it was always punctual and the crew were helpful and polite.
Really beautiful hotel - extremely clean and kept very well. The views of the old town are incredible.
Staff - all were helpful, polite and spoke excellent English.
Value for money - it is hard to believe that this is only a 2* hotel as facilities, pool, room etc were all of a high standard
