  A beautiful venue..our room was on the top floor with an amazing view as far as Dubrovnik. The Villa is extremely clean; our room was cleaned every day. The owner Ivan, his wife and his sons were very friendly and accommodating; they also have a family run restaurant on the harbour called Ivans- go check it out. Ivan also kept our luggage and let use a spareroom to shower in once we had booked out at 11am as our flight wasn't until later. He als - We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. It is up a small but steep hill, 5 minutes down, 10mins back up.It wasn't a problem for us, we are in our sixties and we were happy to do this pleasant walk 2 or 3 times a da

  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Very good location with ferries and day trips and restaurants all close by (bit mor... lo que la gente dice » e than 200m as advertised). - Very high specification throughout. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

  We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people. The apartments are very clean and in an ideal location, with lovely views across the harbour. Cavtat is a beautiful place and we would love to come and stay here again.

  First of all the owner and his young son were extremely friendly and looked after us very well indeed. They are both real gentlemen. The room was simple, spacious and clean, with a separate ante-room where we could sit and relax. The countryside is beautiful - you can sit on a lovely stone terrace under the vines and shaded by olive and walnut tre... lo que la gente dice » es and look across the valley to the mountains. We paid an extra 5 euros each for a very pleasant breakfast, and they organised an airport cab for us - The owners of this B&B are lovely. They welcomed us early, served us complimentary drinks, and drove us to and from the town of Cavtat. They prepared a delicious simple dinner and were very kind to our children. In the morning we had to depart at 5:30 A.M. and the owner packed us breakfast to go and drove us to airport (there was an extra charge for that). The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Good a/c, etc. Value for money.

  Very nice, quiet and clean property in a wonderful location looking over the Cavtat bay and harbour. Yes, prepare to climb a lot of steps to get there - but it's all worth it for the view. The landlady, Lenka Rozic, is extremely helpful and such a lovely lady who helped me with the luggage, ordered a taxi etc. Always there for me. Beautiful bathroom with good light, a shower stal - Fantastic location. Magnificent views from our balcony. Room very clean. Air conditioning and Wifi available. Lenka the manageress was extremely friendly and helpful and even carried my case up to our room. Nothing was a problem for her.
