  The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. It was so kind of them. And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

  It is a very nice hotel. The saff was very courteous and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The restaurant's food was very good, every meal. - The rooms were amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable

  Really I'm a Person people. That was I found at Hotel Park 10. All the people there is educated, smiling. ready to help. That was my second time been there, two years ago I was there with my sons and granddaughters. For me that is my house at Medellin. Breakfast is plentiful, nice offer of a welcome drink. Churrasco en El Puerto restaurant was excellent.
