The staff were helpful and one member could speak English reasonably well compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Beijing where it is nil. The greatest thing about this hotel was the heating, the room was nice and warm in! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was traditional Chinese which I really enjoyed. It took awhile for the shuttle bus to arrive (I had to go to the information desk at the airport and they rang the hotel for me) but the shuttle did arrive eventually wh.
todo comentarios » The staff were amazing, really friendly. Some nice & cheap restaurants are near by, also a muslim food, so it's halal no worries. Car sservie shop are on same line also big pariking space so don't worry if you drive to it. You can reach to Banks , shops and other facilities , I'd say about 10 minutes walking ( depends on your speed ) , the views were nice and some schools were near by. I highly recommend this hotel, espacially if you like to walk around. I arrived solo late in the evening and was happy to find a young man with my name on waiting for me at the airport. I was driven to the hotel as promised. The check in took some time as employee did not my name immediately. A more experienced colleague helped her and everything was ok. I did not need any services apart from transportation as my follow-on flight was before noon. The bus for airport left at six, in good time for the flight. I reached the hotel from Beijing AIrport by taxi for a night stay. The hotel was clean, with great friendly staff and very comfortable room. My room had two big size beds. It was a spacious room with an excellent and modern style of toilets and shower. The thing I liked about the hotel was that it also provided me conveyance from hotel to the airport. It is not far from the hotel and above all it only cost me 44 aud for 24 hrs. The staff spoke English. They could answer to our standard questions. They have several shuttle busses to the airport in the price. ;Internet yes, but only in public areas, in the room with wire ;Clean yes ;Restaurant did not try, had no time ;Courtesy yes,nice people, speak English ;Price/Performance good. They had free shuttle even at odd hours, e.g. my flight reached at 1.20am. However, you must email/call and inform them in advance. This hotel is good for a short stay if you needed to be at the airport. This hotel has an excellent airport shuttle service, though they could run a little more often. The hidden fees are a killer. My room was only supposed to cost $54 usd, but ended up costing over $90 usd!. Internet was slow, room heating did not work at night (so after opening the window for a little bit temperature in the room just stayed at 16 C for the night), soundproofing was not that great - I clearly heard neighbor's children squeaking and planes taking off. Air pollution at the night I stayed was truly horrible, I coughed all the time, but I understand the latter is not something the hotel controls :). The hotel is difficult to find. My taxi driver gave up even with the Booking Com map in Chinese text. The location is industrial. restrauant was ok not a lot of western food. 1. There is no bathtube. We had e-mailed our arrival time, but no one was there to meet us. On the other hand, once we contacted the hotel from the airport, we were picked up by two very nice staff members, so thank you. poor english. hard to communicate due to limited English hard to get toilet paper for the room,they were helpful but no supply of it, they searched for some but could only find a little and this didn't change in our 4 days a little isolated but transport was handy. In my booking reservation it was not mentioned, that the room has no windows. Staff didn't talk english well. Restorant is open to 21; I have no possibility to have a dinner because the room charge is working to 21 too. stuff people do not speak english. No mini bar. Not a serious problem. But both rooms had no window, although that was advertised. There is no information book in the room. When I booked the room was 737CNY at Check out this was charged at 1085CNY I will be using a different provider in the future, this is twice they have done this to me and I stay in hotels 100%. There was a Karaoke Bar downstairs that produced a lot of noise. It was difficult to find the shuttle bus when we arrived at the airport. It turns out you have to call them and wait at the information booth and not at the place where all the other hotel shuttle buses are. Restaurant shut at 9.30pm. Too far from city centre Public transport -not accessible ( Should cater Western / European kind of breakfast). Staff is not well trained and not knowing how to handle letsbookhotel.com reservations. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It can only be rated as 3 star. There was supposed to be a Shuttle waititng for us in the airport but we did not manage to find it. It was not easy then for the Taxi to find the Hotel. No windows in the room. Many people moving around in the corridors. I guess it is normal in a Airport Hotel, but found it too noisy. The room was small, had mould on the walls, the window was outgoing a black wall. The english level for the staff was quite poor and they didn't really had much of a western breakfast. no windows and public transport is a little difficult. Too distant from airport and bus supplied every hour so need to use a taxi, which taxi drivers claimed not to know location so had to use unofficial taxi at 11.00 at night who wanted to charge 250 rmb for a 40 rmb drive at most. When we arriaved they give us room without windows. This information was not on internet while we making reservation. So we needed to change the room and pay more money.Last night was very noise party on above flour so we could not sleep. Internet was not working. Not very clean. Some Staffs for checking out don't know what they were doing. Especially the one was dealing with me, she was serving me and an other people at the same time, very slow, didn't know how to use the credit card machine ( changed the paper roll on the wrong side, didn't know how to do it again. Took very long time, delayed my time for caching my plane. Hotel needs to train the staff fully before they work on the persation. Too much darkness no windows. Nothing, very bad.
