Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for. We would recommend to anyone. -

This is a great hotel to overnight between flights to and from Shanghai Pudong airport. I arranged - at short notice - for a (free) hotel pickup at the airport, and this worked perfectly; I also took the hotel bus - again gratis - back to the airport (c. 15 minutes) the next morning. Short taxi ride from pvg airport,shopping mall at the back of the hotel
and easy walk to busy shopping areas.Great room service, excellent
bathroom. No problems finding English speaking staff and all were
courteous and friendly.Room was much better than I expected for the
money paid. Free shuttle bus to airport as well! Hint: when travelling
by taxi have the phone number of your hotel for the driver, they dont
speak english but will ring the hotel for directions.

Lovely hotel - great location. Very clean and comfortable. Was offered an upgrade to a Club room upon check-in for approx. $75 per night. Declined the offer as room was expensive as it was, however was upgraded anyway which was nice -

Everything is good in this 4 star hotel but I give it 5 star, in my opinion nothing bad in this beautiful hotel -
The Staff were very efficient and attended my needs.

A very comfortable room in all ways, bed, bathroom etc. the pool was gorgeous, not crowded and great temperature. Also liked the spa before swimming. Loved the welcome plate of fresh fruit, chocolates and bottle of red wine. -
Staff kindness.

W stayed just one night in this gloriously comfortable hotel which was close to the airport for our onward flight. We ate vegetarian food in one of the private rooms in the Royal China restaurant and it was extraordinary and incredibly good value at £18 for several courses for both of us. The breakfast, likewise was the best we have eaten anywhere

Luxurious Rooms, Awesome Restaurant, Staff was extremely attentive. We had a wonderfull stay. We were awakened at midnight, opened our drapes and were treated to a wonderful display of fireworks right in front of our floor to ceiling windows. Chinese New Year Celebration. We just missed the shuttle bus and chose to take a taxi. I had no Chinese money. I went into the hotel and they paid the cab driver and then billed my credit card. This was good. Staff from the Concierge to the reception was excellent with a good command of English (Which is very rare in China). Wonderful service by the sta.ff. The do have some English but it is a pity they do not give their staff the opportunity to study it and perfect it. The staff are so eager to learn. I could not find a problem with this hotel -

my room was upgraded to a suite. room was clean, staff on check in was very professional and the check in was quick and easy. i am a returning customer and will continue staying here on future trips. best part this hotel offers free wifi through out hotel and in rooms where as other more expensive hotels do not offer this -
