I have booked the mountain view room, but when i came to hotel the room was not ready, so they changed to the garden view for free. Also like the D'voice band. They are singing very good. Generally the hotel is perfect. -

by a 2min walk. There is two pools available as well as many restaurants
Reception staff speak English which is rare in Sanya I got my room
upgraded to a nice sea view one -

The resort was beautiful, with lovely grounds and swimming pool. The beach was lovely and clean with lovely sand. We upgraded to a room with panoramic view which was worth the money and was lovely in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was enormous and catered for everyone. the staff were always friendly and polite. I highly recommend this resort f

We loved the room, view, beach and especially the pool but the sea was dirty with plastic bags, bottles,etc.
Staff were superb as was the food-we will be back and it would be ideal if the sea was cleaner.

Location away from Sanya with private beach, excellent staff that went out of their way to help you, breakfast buffet was excellent, HUGE pool! Perfect place for a beach escape. Beautiful gardens.
Staff let us check out at 7pm on last day which was excellent. -

Good value for money! We stayed in one of the villas, we felt like the
resort was not so massive as compared to the hotels closeby. Great
public pools, nice kidsclub, very nice staff and our kids loved to
transport by small busses from our villa to the lobby and from the lobby
to the beach, great service! -

... lo que la gente dice » en anywhere. Beautiful grounds and landscaping, good rooms, free internet. There is a beach bar with light meals. A shuttle runs between the hotel and the hotel beach every 15 minutes. There were people who could speak English.

The hotel is just tremendous although I didn't get an 'surprising upgrade' like other tourists.:) I'm very satisfied with the few days in the hotel, and recommend it to my friends if they are going to Sanya. -

The staff at the hotel was very polite and always tried to help us. The
rooms are in very good conditions and well maintained. Housekeeping was
also outstanding. The food at all restaurant was excellent. I strongly
recommend the bbq sea food at Fresh and the Dim Sum at Yiyang
Restaurant. They also have a kids club but we let out son there because

A perfect getaway from the fast pace of cities, we were looking for a relaxation holiday and that is exactly what we got. The hotel was of an extreamly high standard, the on site facilities covered all of our immediate needs, and being fairly close to the city (a cheap taxi ride away 20 yuan) it was close enough for shopping.

Holiday Inn Resort Sanya bay exceeded all my expectations ...I wanted to
relax and recuperate after health issues in Shanghai and I achieved
that. I really loved the variety of pool spaces ...enabling
privacy/shade as well as the lovely gardens ...My pool/ocean
view room was also beyond expectation . I will return when all I want to
do is to chill out in the sun and on the sand .

This beautiful hotel is located with a pad right down to the beach,
which is quite alright. The city centre is a taxa ride, 25min away but
costs nothing and maybe there is no need to go there. There is a small
streetfood market 10-15 min from here on foot, but open scotertaxi takes
you there in 2 min, lovely ride. The breakfast is wonderful, every
