The location is superb. Just few minutes walk to Guangzhou East Railway Station. There is also a shopping centre within the railway station and you can find nice food though not cheap.

The staff, especially a very pretty lady called Sally are very courteous and helpful.
the breakfast buffet is also pretty good with a variety of western foods, sweets and fresh fruits.
in the afternoons on the return to the hotel from the canton fair they served refreshments in the lobby which was very welcoming.
the beds are quite comfortable and the rooms feel nice and spacious for a 4 star hotel

I happened to have lost my laptop in the airport, and I only found out
when I reached out hotel. The concierge people - 2 female staff -
followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back.
It was more to how calm they were and followed up. They worried about me
as much as I worried about myself. Also breakfast was just amazing!

Coffee shop, big M burger and noodle restaurants few minutes away.
Staffs went out of the way to help anything .

Very good level of quality throughout. Rooms are comfortable and to a good standard of finish, furnishing etc. Excellent location, in the business district but close to shopping and restaurants and adjacent to the Linhexi subway station that provides a direct link to the airport and connections to other parts of the city. -
