Me he sentido muy comoda, me han atendido muy bien, siempre fijandose en los detalles para la comodidad de los clientes. Especialmente Sally me ha sido de gran ayuda, siempre dispuesta a darme una mano y consejos para mi estancia.
Yo estuve durante la feria de canton y lo super recomiendo, el servicio de shuttle muy bueno!

The staff, especially a very pretty lady called Sally are very courteous and helpful.
the breakfast buffet is also pretty good with a variety of western foods, sweets and fresh fruits.
in the afternoons on the return to the hotel from the canton fair they served refreshments in the lobby which was very welcoming.
the beds are quite comfortable and the rooms feel nice and spacious for a 4 star hotel

I happened to have lost my laptop in the airport, and I only found out
when I reached out hotel. The concierge people - 2 female staff -
followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back.
It was more to how calm they were and followed up. They worried about me
as much as I worried about myself. Also breakfast was just amazing!

Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate. It was about 50 metres to a large modern shopping centre, Takoo Hui Shopping Mall. Which had a wonderful food court, super market, etc.
The Hotel served a top breakfast. Excellent rooms, and helpful staff. Would stay there on my next visit, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so good. -

Free shuttle service to Canton Fair and back, very good breakfast
(although I'm vegan, I surprisingly had plenty of options, different
fruits every day, and good coffee). Nice and big rooms with all the

The location is central to shopping and digital plaza. Ideal for the dotcoms.
Rooms well equipped and really it felt like home away from home.
Breakfast was well presented,but little choice for the vegetarian .
The sauna/jacuzzi and steam room a little disappointing as no towels are provided and no attendants in the spa centre.
