  Staff was nice. They spoke some English which was a pleasant surprise. Basic room. Had to leave very early to catch a flight, so don't know about the breakfast. - The staff is very friendly only nobody speaks English. The bed was comfortable

  This is a great hotel to overnight between flights to and from Shanghai Pudong airport. I arranged - at short notice - for a (free) hotel pickup at the airport, and this worked perfectly; I also took the hotel bus - again gratis - back to the airport (c. 15 minutes) the next morning. No problems finding English speaking staff and all were courteous and friendly.Room was much better than I expected for the money paid. Free shuttle bus to airport as well! Hint: when travelling by taxi have the phone number of your hotel for the driver, they dont speak english but will ring the hotel for directions.

Staff at the counter speak good English and very nice and effective even my flight arrived at 11pm. The hotel room is excellence for what I paid. The hotel offered an excellent transport service between the airport and hotel. I would have no problem recommending the hotel to other travellers.

  Budget-friendly accommodation, as well as the shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which was also made available for our own convenience (with a bit of waiting for a scheduled passenger pick-up run). - Excellent restaurant next door. Shuttle back and forth from airport anytime is a big plus. Staff spoke good english.
