It was a great surprise: is a hostel-hotel, extremely clean, confortable with a great breakfast. The owners are great and very thoughtful. The view of vulcano is great and location is wonderfull, it's near from the beach and from the city center. It was the greatest hotel/hostel/b&b that I ever been! -

The owner is really very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The shower has really hot water. Wifi works very well. The garden is nice to relax. There is a fully equiped kitchen for common use. I really enjoyed my stay (3 days) here. -

This is a family run business at its best. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the on-site kitchen is fantastic and the quality of the food is 5-star. Best of all is the vicinity. You fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake up to the view of the volcano.

Excelente el bungalow que reservamos, tenia todo lo necesario para una estadía excelente. Etienne, su dueño, es muy amable, compartió con nosotros y estuvo todo el tiempo preocupado por que la pasáramos bien y cómodos. Te hace sentir en tu casa. Recomendado totalmente. -

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Alfredo from the reception was very kind, friendly, and spoke excellent English. He even helped us with a nice room with a view as we were on our honey moon. The breakfast buffet had many tasty options to choose from. Loved the place!

La atención al momento de llegar, llegamos tipo 10 pm, y el personal ya había dejado la calefacción prendida en la cabaña para que estuviese temperada.
Además el entorno es espectacular, te aíslas de todo y solo escuchas la naturaleza.

We had a nice stay at Elementos. We stayed in the Fuego room and it was very large and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They were able to suggest things to do as well as book us on tours. It's located a little out of the downtown but it's a very easy and safe walk.
