The whole experience was amazing. I had a family emergency and had to get ahead of schedule. My duahgter and I wre under an extreme amount of stree, to purchase a flight home. When checking in the young gal asked what was the purpose for our stay...business or pleasure. We told her it was the first time away from our kids since our honeymoon. She then upgraded us to the jacuzzi suite!! Thank you so much we really appreciated the upgrade!

All the staff at the Humphry Inn and Suites were excellent; they were so helpful and friendly and eager to help with advice about local places to visit and where to eat. We were always greeted warmly when we passed the reception area.

I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, the downtown location is very convenient to all the city has to offer, and is within walking distance of The Forks Nat'l Historic Park. The free parking for this downtown location is much appreciated and a huge selling point. The room was clean and comfortable. Room was clean & comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent and I had all my meals there during my visit and didn't go anywhere else for meals.

Very large 1 bedroom suite felt like a home rather than a hotel room. Suite is well equipped with amenities and even the light switch/plug in placements seemed to be well designed (didn't need to crawl under furniture to find a plug or walk in the dark to turn off lights). Very helpful and friendly staff (except for room maid who seemed to be a hard worker and didn't like to speak or even say hello).
