  I liked the location of the hotel. Quiet side of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We decided to make The Hilton our usual place to stay. We liked there was a gas station down the street. A business/shopping section in the area with a walmart, superstore, right down to a "Kids City" playhouse for our kids on the next block... lo que la gente dice » . When informing the employee at the front counter upon my arrival that I tried to contact the hotel from the airport for a shuttle but that I never got through and that I ended up taking a taxi, she took it upon herself to inform the manager and got me a discount on my room (the amount of the ... lo que la gente dice » taxi fair). The fact that the employee at the front counter remembered me the next morning. - The hotel was easy to get to and not to far from the doctor I had to see. The lounge was certainly friendly and the food was very good. The staff in the restaruant were very helpful.
