  Beautiful cottage right on the Lake Erie. The place is nicely decorated with antique furniture. Margo welcomed us with a lovely glass of wine from the local winery...wonderful. She is the best hostess and very friendly. She gave us a lot of info on the area. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed being there. What a wonderful B&B it is. They make the stay in their home most enjoyable with their approach. The room was very comfortable with many toiletries available. The setting on the lake with views of the sunrise and beach was lovely.Breakfast was definitely one of the best .

  Stayed at the Blue Heron Getaway for a friends wedding. Katherine and John were so friendly and accommodating! The food served was excellent and the conversation and attention to the guests very kind and enjoyable. Loved it! Would stay again and definitely recommend this B&B

  Beautifully restored bedroom with original floors. we received a friendly welcome, and bottle of locally produced wine, complements of our hosts. Our breakfast was fantastic and we left with chilled bottles of water for our journey.
