The location was perfect - quite close to the Stratford Festival Theatre. The room was quite large and comfortable. We had a wonderful time at the Forest Motel and Woodland Resort and would reccommend it heartily! The location is both absolutely stunning, right on a small lake, and convenient, hidden in the forest and far enough from the highway. We had a wonderful trip. The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. Since we are outdoor people, we absolutely loved the surroundings. We enjoyed taking a boat on the lake, walking the trails and having a campfire at night. We also enjoyed their wonderful breakfast on one of the gazebos by the lake. The staff was always kind and right there to greet us in the morning and make sure the breakfast was stocked.
It was so much more than just a place to sleep at night. We absolutely loved it

Fabulous location. Walking distance to all the Stratford Festival theatres and best restaurants. Steps away from the Avon River, where you can see swans, ducks and geese and enjoy great walks. Beautiful and impeccably clean rooms, lovely breakfasts, great hosts.
