Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection.
We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails.

The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and
comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an
excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is
ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent
"plus" for me. -
close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

- I left my notebook accidentally on a bench outside the hotel while waiting for airport shuttle on 13 July at 9:15am and discovered only in the airport before departure. I greatly appreciate that the hotel staff has picked up and safely kept the notebook for me, so I could get back my computer when hurrying back to the hotel. My great commendat

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We were upgraded at the hotel when we checked in to the Resort at River
Rock, which was a nice surprise. My daughter loved staying in the hotel
and loved the swimming pool and water slide. The train access was great
with a short ride into the city. We didn't have a chance using other
amenities and services with a short stay and most of our time sp

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was helpful and
courteous.The beds were super comfortable with a touch of elegance. The
pool and hot tub area was awesome!

First,location is very good. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is more than adequate. The kids enjoy the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent with good selection. - Close to amenities and close to convention place.

Radisson Vancouver Hotel Airport is a very convenient place to stay for many reasons: 1. Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

The girl at the main desk ( december 4th, 2013 around 9:30pm) was really nice and actually made me appreciate my stay even more! Moxies was also really food and the entire staff was great! I love that the bathrooms actually had a bath and not just a shower, very classy ;) thanks for the stay and I will be back! -

We used the hotel as an overnight stop close to the airport in Vancouver. It was a comfortable night's stay that served its purpose. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from a Skytrain station, so an evening visit to the Vancouver waterfront is easily achievable from this location. -

The location was great for getting around to and from the Vancouver area. The kids loved the waterslide. Our room was very comfortable and clean. -
Bed was comfortable, Price was right. kids loved the waterslide at the pool and begged to go back again and again. The family loved it here,
