The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! Very delicious breakfast with local cheese and pâté. The innkeeper is delightful. She makes you feel right at home and is very helpful with information about the area. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable and linens of good quality. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

I find all hotel prices excessive for what amounts to a 12 hour stay. There is a current effort to recover the Grand Prix for Montreal. The news reports have it that the city gets $100's of millions for the week with hoteliers getting $500 per night. The room was very modern and clean. I always worry about the language issue when travelling in Quebec however between their broken english and my basic french, I had all my questions answered and no problems with anything. Surprisingly, this was a very nice room. -

The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! -

We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. We look forward to staying there again and again.

During a road trip from Toronto to Halifax, I chose this hotel based in reviews and wasn't disappointed. The newest part of the hotel is beautifully done. The rooms are equipped with wonderfully modern stylish decor.
The bathroom sink and shower fixtures are gleaming and spa like. Towels are so soft and their choice of toiletries ... I loved.
