  The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested. The room was ready early and set up beautifully. We also ate at Epic, the restaurant at the hotel, and the food, service and ambiance was some of the b... lo que la gente dice » est we have ever had. We were treated like royalty by Gerd, Tewalde and Mohammed, and we have already planned to return for our next anniversary. Th - We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the RoyalYork. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another world. Everyone so helpful and polite. The Elite restaurant was fabulous. House keeping was very good. Thank you for a very relaxing and much needed vaction experien
