We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

Beautiful waterfront property with very nice rooms and an excellent staff. The spa was a true delight and the "Kunamokst" Native Indian Mural in the lobby is a unique awe inspiring piece of art! Connie the owner/manager is very hands on, and takes personal interest in the needs of her guests. We would highly recommend this resort! -

My accomodation was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had a nice variety with a bright eating area. For the price, it was great.
They are also dog friendly. -

Very European--which is what we were looking for! Host was very friendly, accommodation was very clean and comfortable, setting was beautiful and relaxing, with a delicious European breakfast beautifully presented. The view of the lake and the vineyards across the lake was fantastic. Loved the morning sun coming over the mountains. Having a full kitchen and two baths was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable. Having a dining room/bar was a nice feature. We came for the FOG and enjoyed our stay at the Resort very much. The lobby is fantastic as well. Super staff. Very relaxing. Loved the town.
