The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.

We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. -

Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a lot of information on the resort upon check-in. The two bedroom sweet was ideal for us and was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipted with all the essential appliances and accessories to cook just about any meal. Our family happy to stay in a 2 bedroom suite with the amenities provided. The comfort away from home and serenity of nature, God's beautiful creation in front of you, speaks of its magnificent work of His hand. Two kids teenager and young adults enjoyed the amenities and especially fine dining set up, with the help of dishwashers.

Great place for family, facilities make kids happy and parents are allowed to have some rest. Lots of families are staying in this quiet place.
On the 2nd floor we had a better view on the mountains unlike the first stay on the 1rst.

The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.
