The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.
And you will have free wi-fi access if you register as a fairmont member. Just fill out an application form in the front desk. simple and easy.

The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -

We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. -

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. This hotel was excellent in every ways. The design is modern and the rooms are specious. Location is convenient and easy acess to Banff National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. It is a beautiful hotel and we are considering having our wedding there when we set a date.

The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three
restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace
in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to
the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the
room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!
