  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The breakfast is an open buffet, delicious and with lots of choice! 2 restaurants in the hotel, very... lo que la gente dice » good, with good gastronomy. Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  Wonderful and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, many amenities and enjoyable features. Loved the library!! - we really enjoyed having the use of the mineral pool and the hot tub,very relaxing.

  From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. I thought the wedding party late at night would be too noisy, but it's fun and e... lo que la gente dice » ntertaining for a little one. Our room was far enough removed as well. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!
