  The rooms were very nice, love the french doors to the patio, gives the room that special touch. Bathroom was good layout and very spacious. Rooms must be soundproof..no noise from other rooms.   Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights.   Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time - The rooms were clean and kept that way during our stay.   Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. Perfect location to attend the Event Centre which was across the street. Plenty of parking, great place to start the evening next door at Bar One and Denny's on site for ease of getting breakfast first thing in the morning.
