The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

The location was excellent and for the price it was good value. Staff
was friendly. Nice outside grounds. My personal experience was better
than some reviews I had read. There may be some rooms that have problems
but not the one that I stayed in. I would suggest that if you are not

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have been to Niagara Falls many
times but aside for friendly hotel service, they gave us a great tip for
where to park (saved quite a bit here) and eat (new dining experience).
The rooms were large and the bed matresses were very comfortable. We all
had a good sleep. 42&Quot; Flat screen tv. Great for a budget hotel.

The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking
advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. Also

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

Clean rooms, helpful staff, on-site spa, got a ground-level room so
that I can bring my bike in and out easily. Also the lady front desk
clerk let me keep my bike and luggage in my room as I went for my
massage even though it was past the 11:00 check-out time. Also it was
close to the back roads that led to wine country so I didn't have

For the price, my room was excellent - it was clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked having sun in the morning. The staff were great - they went out of their way to be helpful. In the morning when there were no cups left in the breakfast area, the woman at the front desk very kindly gave me her own ceramic mug.
