Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered our names as we left and re-entered the Hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the walk-in shower was excellent. The food was very good at the Grill room and breakfast, we had not realised that breakfast was included in the tariff and was very much appreciated..All services provided were very much appreciated and the Hotel was well situated for walking to places of interest and to Public transport. The staff were great. They put on some daily activities, so you were sure to get involved and meet new people. Breakfast was good, bagels, fresh fruit and little buns. There is a bar on the ground floor which has great cheap food and drink offers. If you forget anything - the staff got you covered.

Hi Vancouver was in a perfect location for shopping and bars and there was plenty of nights organised by the hostel for example comedy nights, a night at the hockey. It was just what I needed for a quick solo trip to Vancouver. Simple, clean room, comfy bed, tv and a basic bathroom. Good value for money considering what I would have had to pay at a hotel. Also the central location made it easy for me to get around and walk to most of what I wanted to see.

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. All city centre locations could be easily walked. Sky train station only 800 metres from hotel so easy for airport. Rooms of good standard and helpful staff.

Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

I loved the quirkiness of the place. There were very whitty signs on the
walls to communicate information and the decor was fun. The staff were
great and the free bicycle use fantastic as we spent one whole day
biking around Vancouver. I am sure we would have had to spend well over
$50 to rent two bikes for a day. The bedding was very soft and the bed
comfortable. I also liked the parking arrangement as the car was very
