The front desk staff was rude when we checked in as was the bellhop They just kept telling us how if we touched the fridge we would have to pay!!Maybe we looked like we couldnt afford a 5$ coke,Im not sure however the concierge staff was very helpful!And that made our expierence! -

Everything worked - The location,of The Sutton Place was excellent for the area of Vancouver we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the overall quality of the hotel would compete easily with top ranking hotels anywhere.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The level of professionalism is something you do not see everywhere

I had a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor with amazing views on the moutains and the city. it was huge!!!
very kind and friendly staff in particular Tim.
I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays.
walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver.

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. -

Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Superb location! My daughter and I had gone to a concert and the Rosedale is less than 2 blocks from the venue. Also, right next to all the shops on Robson, which my daughter really liked. When we arrived we learned that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite on the 18th floor, which was very nice and quiet. On site parking at a reasonable day rate is another plus. The hotel is very easy to get to as well - especially important for me as I am not from Vancouver and do not like driving

We had a separate bedroom suite with a king size bed, and there was a pull-out couch in the living room. For the room and the location of the hotel the price couldn't be beat for downtown Vancouver.
