The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -

Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. The Condo Staff were excellent!!! After having a bit of difficulty
checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us
had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very
heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that
hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called
us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered
relief for our situation.

I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service!

como está situado y la amplitud de la habitación - Suite was spacious and as described on the site. Hotel was quiet and there was very little hallway noise or street noise. Excellent location, close to universities, subway and downtown's shopping and entertaining district. I managed to do everything I needed only by walking.
