  What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!   The staff made our stay very pleasurable. They were very courteous, attended to our requests, always willing to give us information and assistance with directions, restaurants, etc. The location was the best--- right in the heart of the old city.   The staff were bilingual and it was easy to communicate in English, even though I wanted to practice my French. It was in a relatively good location just outside of the Old City and basically everything I wanted was within walking distance (did not take a cab or transit at all). The Quebecois, like the French, KNOW how to eat, and they seemed always to ensure that when selling you any product, they gave you all the info you needed to ensure the best experience when eating or drinking it. Ramazan was helpful and patient, especially with my memory error about the price, and our late arrival. The apartment was perfectly appointed, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful time.
