  In typical old quebec tourist street. Ambiance first class. However, no reception, no staff at this address. Need front door key to very difficult entry.   The staff were very helpful with any number of things; aiding with parking a vehicle, expediting check-in/check-out procedures, and recommending great restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby and common areas were very tastefully decorated and the rooms were comfortable, although a bit small and some areas seemed a bit dingy. Overa... lo que la gente dice » ll, though, it was a great value and the rooms were certainly sufficient for a visit which allowed us to enjoy the best parts of Vieux Quebec. The loc - We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).

  Everything about the hotel was amazing. Suites were clean and spacious, very quiet. Great place to stay and also enjoy the amenities. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. Close to everything happening in downtown Quebec city. - I loved the staff...Dennis, Richard, Eric, and those who's names I didn't get or don't remember.
