I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. -

The Save-On-More Rewards program. The price was reasonable. As I am partially disabled I was able to get a room on the ground floor. The Staff was great. I made reservations on-line, but at the time I did not know their was a discount for those on a medical trip. I was still very satisfied though. -

The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. We spent our mornings our on the deck overlooking the lake and sipping our coffee. The evenings were spent in the bar downstairs, excellent food and a great crowd. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

I liked the the place the second i walked in the door and was greeted with warmth and humor. Uceria, at the front desk is awesome!!!! The room was comfortable, there;s a pool,hot tub and workout room. The included breakfast was also very good. I will stay here again and soon I hope!!! -

Paul at the front desk was very friendly. Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk. The housekeeping lady was very friendly (I didn't catch her name)

we liked being in the tower - the room and the hallways were clean and bright. The bar, restaurant and Denny's were conveniently located. -

We liked the hotel so much we ended up extending our stay so that we could play golf on 3 different golf courses over 3 days. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful; the room was clean and very comfortable and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was perhaps a little ordinary and would benefit from the option of doing freshly cooked eggs rather than pre-cooked scrambled eggs. Mostly the friendliness when we arrived ,felt just like there waiting for us to arrive and made us feel right at home.has excellent service ,and the shuttle was a real plus as we left in the wee hours of the morning (3AM ) and every one was still very cheery and helpful great place to stay ! would stay again Thanks! -
