Mostly the friendliness when we arrived ,felt just like there waiting for us to arrive and made us feel right at home.has excellent service ,and the shuttle was a real plus as we left in the wee hours of the morning (3AM ) and every one was still very cheery and helpful great place to stay ! would stay again Thanks! -

I have to agree with Joyce from Hefley Creek, the condo did feel like a home and was very well stocked with amenites. We used the indoor pool many times and my daughters and grand-daughters thought it was awesome being that .close to the condo. We liked the hotel so much we ended up extending our stay so that we could play golf on 3 different golf courses over 3 days. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful; the room was clean and very comfortable and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was perhaps a little ordinary and would benefit from the option of doing freshly cooked eggs rather than pre-cooked scrambled eggs. The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

The couple who own this are the kindest people and make you feel at home and like you are part of their family. The breaksfast were wonderful with great conversation , a great start to your day. Would highly recommend this place to stay Kelowna. -

Clean and classy rooms, excellent breakfast, (lots of fresh fruit), adjustable heat in rooms, extra touches in bathroom (large make-up mirror), and a computer in lobby downstairs, underground parking. I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

I liked the the place the second i walked in the door and was greeted with warmth and humor. Uceria, at the front desk is awesome!!!! The room was comfortable, there;s a pool,hot tub and workout room. The included breakfast was also very good. I will stay here again and soon I hope!!! -

I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

Excellent location, walking distance to a variety of stores -Urban Fare and Save-On Foods, Starbucks; 5 minute walk to a well groomed beach that has wheel chair access into the water, children's playground area, and picnic tables with grass area.
Hotel is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Staff are all very pleasant.

The location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to parks, beaches, and a cute village of shops and restaurants. There was also a large shopping centre across the street with a very good grocery store. Our room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Tables and chairs on the terrace outside our room were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the huge outdoor pool. There was also a hot tub and an indoor pool which we did not use.

The courtyard pool is lovely, even has food service. It stays open till 10:30 you can swim and listen to the musician in the lounge. The gym and the breakfast included were appreciated. Beds comfy. -
Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.
