I have to agree with Joyce from Hefley Creek, the condo did feel like a home and was very well stocked with amenites. We used the indoor pool many times and my daughters and grand-daughters thought it was awesome being that .close to the condo. We liked the hotel so much we ended up extending our stay so that we could play golf on 3 different golf courses over 3 days. The staff were efficient, friendly, helpful; the room was clean and very comfortable and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was perhaps a little ordinary and would benefit from the option of doing freshly cooked eggs rather than pre-cooked scrambled eggs. The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

The courtyard pool is lovely, even has food service. It stays open till 10:30 you can swim and listen to the musician in the lounge. The gym and the breakfast included were appreciated. Beds comfy. -
Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating.

the room itself was fine. The couch had a lot of stains which really is not acceptable. I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. -
The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great. Walking distance from other pubs and lakeside restaurants.

When I read reviews it said the hotel was noisy & I didn't find that at all. The beds were ridiculously comfortable & the location was prime. I used to live just across Harvey so it was nice to be back in that area, not to mention the closeness to downtown. Walked everywhere. -
