Our AC problem was fixed immediately. - Absolutely perfect for location for the sports centre across the street. Wonderful view of the rivers and surrounding scenery. Very quiet, and comfortable.

  I stayed there as a stop between Hope and Banff. First of all, the owner, Josh, was Very friendly and have done everything that was possible to make our stay the most confortable one. Altough by looking outside it might seems a bit simple,the hotel offers big and confortable rooms, great bathrooms, all renewed. The location is also Very good, close to downtown city. Definitelly, - Kamloops was MUCH nicer than we'd thought - for us it was just a stopover on way to Rockies, but actually it is a very pleasant little town with a lovely riverside. The couple running the Inn were really friendly and helpful. And our room had a bathtub as well as a shower, which you don't always get - much appreciated. Breakfast good; v relaxed and jolly atmosphere.
