  Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. We ate dinner at the Redwater Grill inside the hotel, service was exc... lo que la gente dice » ellent, food delicious, we highly recommend this hotel. - Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

  Great pool. Locate close to a lot of good restaurants and the Confederation Center. Followed the green trail around Victoria Park with great pleasure. - The hotel is elegant and beautiful. Staff helpful and pleasant. Location great.

  Very welcoming staff and wonderful breakfast which was included in the price. The bar area was also a great place to have a casual dinner at night - compliments to the chef! Location was perfect for walking into the old town and port.   Very clean & comfortable. Friendly staff and nice to have little extras like cookies in the late afternoon and fresh fruit. The breakfast were very good. I liked the decor in the lounge area.   We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional.
