We've stayed with 2 little children.
The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it. Location is very good - just near the c-train stat

had two different people at different times say good morning it was
awesome to feel that important, I even left my bracelet there and they
were able to give it back!

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, &

Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. Good cook

Everything about the EL was fantastic. I've stayed in budget accommodation and was sceptical about this one but my fears were put to rest when we walked into a clean room that didn't smell like cigarettes, even though the smoking rooms were 10 metres away. -

My family checked into the hotel at 10:30 pm on Thursday March 28, 2013 and the clerk on duty was bright, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff like this made my stay positive and memorable. -

we really liked the easy access to all the city spots we enjoy,our children live 10 minutes away from the hotel..we liked that the rooms were cool and we enjoyed the small balconywe look forward to our next trip early september. -

The facility was very nice and plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and fitness/pool activities. The buffet was excellent in the Garden Court and several families were dining while I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful anytime I needed anything over my stay. I would also like to thank their on site security as the people in the room

Rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The water
slide was our favorite! When traveling with children it was a perfect
way to have fun and burn off energy upon our arrival and again, because
it was open by 6 A.M. we took them again upon rising which burned that
energy once again and made them ready for the days journey. We enjoyed
our stay so much that we booked it a second time on our journey home!

The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -

Our company was attending a conference in downtown Calgary during our stay. The location on an arterial road which leads to the city center is very well planned, making the commute painless for someone who is unfamiliar with Calgary. For those times when a cab was required, the taxi companies had a regular presence which made this option painles

Pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable very clean room. Good breakfast with good choice - items ordered separately. Easy access to city centre using bus that was replacing the train service. Train station is only a block away but was not operating due to the very recent flooding in Calgary.

The Hotel is almost a full Holiday Inn rather then just an express.
There is even a pool. My bedroom 404 was very large with two queen size
beds. Quiet as well consider how close to the main road. Very central to
shopping 5 mins and the stampede centre just 15mins. -

I liked the friendly staff, everyone had a smile and always willing to help. The room is very clean, beds are very comfortable. The location is great, very quiet at night. -

Closeness to airpoirt/shuttle - The bed was very comfortable and there were adequate pillows. There wasno extra charge for a local telephone call. They did accommodate us aswe required a late check out.
