Reception staff were brilliant in particular Brianne. Helped with
directions activities and opinions. Really helpful.
The room was adequate but I felt a little bit pricey for the age of the motel.
i like the friendly staff and very quite location.
Price was ok. Breakfast ok for standard.
Washer and dryer worked.
Good location for access to SE of Calgary.

nothing at the motel. The city is great but this paticular motel wasn't.
For the most part the front desk staff were quite pleasant.
Rooms were not always cleaned on a regular basis and if you missed your
cleaning time because you stopped in bed late the maid would not return
or wait. The breakfast server was really rude and a bit intimidating.
the carpet is a little old.
Hotel looks quite aged. Colour scheme outdated, old windows, signs of former break ins at outer door. Not much uplifting decorations, dull corridors.
Early checkouts and having the carpark right outside your window meant noisy mornings.
smoking rooms near non smoking rooms, smokey smell in the hallways, bathroom needed updating, room too warm even with heat turned down-slept with window open, no printer at computer station to print boarding passes.
Our bed was very hard so our sleep was not as good as we would have liked. We were also woken up by a ballet troop and their bus which left it's diesel engine running for 30 mins right under our window. Was not a pleasant morning to say the least.
Lady at front desk was the rudest person I have ever came across in public service. She charged us the price and rolled her eyes at us when we told her the difference.
The bathroom was not clean. The hotel gave us the wrong number of room
and we entered the room already used by another host. Which was
embarrassing. The maid ignored " do not disturb" sing and
entered the room with us inside.
didn't like that the pool was being redone and they never mentioned that in their advertisment online. The bed sheets were too small for the bed and bascially we had to sleep on the bare mattress because the sheet keep slipping off all night. the bathrooms need updating. I don't like it either that they will only accept credit cards...why don't they want debit or cash...weird!.
The place is a dump.
The motel is noisy and run down and is located close to bars and beds uncomortable upon homemade wooden frames. I should have paid an extra $20.00 to $30.00 to stay somewhere else. Also hallways stunk like cigarettes.
The room was not clean. The bathroom was particularly dirty. The room was not vacuumed once in our 4 night stay. The place needed some repairs. The temperature was overly warm especially in the hallways. The breakfast selection was OK but the warm selections were hard and cold. The coffee pot remained uncleaned for a couple of days.
Room was not cleaned there were beer caps on the floor. The bed was not
made. Very, very dingy for the price we paid when down the street for an
extra $20 could have stayed at the Best Western or Hliday Express. Would
not recommend this hotel at all!.
