The room was awesome, staff was very friendly, continental breakfast had more choices than we thought it would have, I have celiac disease so was so pleased to see gluten free rice krispies and a boiled egg.the only problem we had was connecting to the internet. We will be back in aug for another medical appmt. So we will be staying with you for a few days. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I don't like FIRM beds but i slept very well. Good complimentary breakfast area selection of food was pretty good. I will be staying there every time i need a room when in Calgary. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I find the side away from the street is quieter and they happily accommodated me in this.
todo comentarios » This hotel was a pleasant surprise ... recently renovated throughout. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioning worked well. Parking was always easy. The breakfast had a good variety of breads / pastries, waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices and coffee/teas. Staff was friendly. New and clean and value for money. Rooms are well equipped with fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast was excellent offering a variety of items. Front desk staff (Hannah C.) was super friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean!! New beds and linen was a treat!! Staff on arriving were friendly and helpful !! Breakfast was supplied with a good choices. I would stay again!!. I chose this hotel because of the price, the location and the positive review I read about the staff - and indeed, the staff was excellent. And a decent breakfast. The room was renovated very nicely and was very clean. The bed was new and comfortable. Is a pet-friendly hotel which is great. Definitely would stay here again. The room is very nice and clean. De kamers waren er schoon!. Good decent motel. good motel. Reasonably priced. Bathroom was a wee bit small (one person at a time), but nice. No bathtub but shower was excellent. Only one entrance to motel so it is a long walk from room to exit to parking lot. The view from the room was the back lane and a broken down car but the area is undergoing a lot of infill housing. We found a few long hairs on the bathroom floor upon check-in but otherwise the room and hotel in general was clean. Elevator was slow but the stairs were convenient. Rooms were noisy due to doors slamming and cars parked directly underneath the rooms. Nothing i did not like. Fitness room was well maintained but small with no bike. A/C heating unit in our room was quite loud. The tight parking stalls. Room was right across the hall from the noisy breakfast room. Waffle machine makes LOUD noise signaling end of cycle. We didn't have to be up till 8:30 but was rudely awakened by breakfast noises @ 6AM. The hotel was not full so there were other rooms available, (quieter I'm assuming). a bit noisy. Bathroom was a bit small. Nothing. The traffic noise was not nice. Staff was a little cold upon arrival -although it was late; there was a huge air vent in front of our room - like walking through a wind tunnel every time we returned. Personeel was niet zo vriendelijk!!. Given current circumstances, a little to costly. a bit costly for what you get. They woke me up at 10:50 pm for my credit card info because their computer crashed and refused to do it in the morning. Carpets were filthy and room had a very strong smell of room deodorizer.
