I stayed solo at Pavillon d'Orient 13-19 Feb in room 18. I was met
at the airport with my driver holding a sign and driven to the hotel in
a Toyota Camry. I was welcomed with a drink and a cold towel. Check-in
was quick and they carried my bag to the room which was on the 2nd floor

Amazing hotel, stuff, facilities, you could spend all day wondering around the hotel, great breakfast, tropical pool, and friendly helpful stuff, from reception to concierge. They organized airport transfers and excursion trips and gave me tips on where to shop and eat in the city, We just loved it

The hotels location had you close to everything but not in the middle of

The hotel building is so lovely. All carved in wood, beautifully decorated. The pool is fantastic and the staff is absolutely adorable.
The room on the other hand, very disappointing. But on the looks rather than anything. It was squeaky clean which is good enough for my but for the rate (for Cambodia it was an above average price) I was expecting

This place is a beautiful, spotlessly clean Khmer style luxury B & B. Beautiful rosewood furniture and carvings, white polished tile floors.The rooms are spacious with A/C & Fan, and fridge, lovely bed and furnishings. The staff are friendly and helpful for everything. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool with great food at the restaurant. Really cannot fault this place, I just got bored with the limited choice of breakfast (included in tariff) after a few days, but not a complaint.

the nicest staff of probably any hotel i've ever stayed at. very comfortable rooms - they upgraded us for free too. spotlessly clean bathroom (though oddly, the toilet and shower each separately came directly off the bedroom). the breakfast was excellent - a lot of choices, and very accommodating for changes. very well priced tours of the temples

Excellent location right in the heart of Siem Reap. Very safe and has a
security guard on 24/7. Reception is staffed permanently an the team
are just excellent, they give you a welcome juice, hot towel an a
complete run down of things to do in the area on a free map. Gorgeous
oasis of a pool, you can completely forget you're in the middle of a
place like Siem Reap when you're surrounded by the trees and bird
noises. A minutes walk to pub street and the markets. Breakfast was
excellent.

The location was brilliant (especially if you get a bus from Bangkok
with the Transport.co because they drop you off about 50m away) Pub st
is only a few minutes walk though. Easy to arrange a tuk tuk for Angkor
Wat. The bedroom was spacious, Cable tv was very much appreciated for

This was our fourth stay in Somadevi and after having mentioned a few
problems during the last time we stayed with them, we got a royal treat.
We were upgraded to the new part of the hotel and the rooms there are REALLY very nice. Big bathroom, nice flat screen TV with lots of channels. Super.
And as usual, the fantastic buffet breakfast included in the room rate.
I don't know a better four star hotel in Siem Reap; and I have stayed there extensively during the last 15 months.

The hotel was a calming influence amongst the surrounding husstle and bustle of the town. The staff were without exception well trained to pander to any requests and their enthusiasm was a joy. -

2. The wifi coverage is great, whole area of the hotel can use the wifi service, which is out of my expectation;
3. The location of the hotel is close to the main street, convenient for shopping, sightseeing;
4. One good point is the breakfast offered. It's tasty!
5. Free massage coupon is lovely, especially most of visitors to Siem Reap should have visited Angkor area, foot massage is so nice to clear all the tireness.

The staff was amazing. They helped us organize all of our activities by contacting the companies and also arranging transportation for us. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are
spacious. Very clean and tranquil, even if it is full booked. Great
breakfast, good pool (a must if you go in summer). Also good and
necessary drinking water every day. Location is good, close to Siem Reap
center, but not so much so you can hear the noise. Good and cheap food
options just a few steps from hotel. Highly recommended.

Absolutely everything. I loved it from reception to check in until check out and even further. This hotel is one of my most memorable stays hotels and i have been travelling for over 30 years. Fabulous! We have 3 young children and did not want to be in one of those huge impersonal hotels, nor near Pub Street. Very happy with the Pavillon Indochine; lovely breakfast, small & intimate, functional family room, very comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff plus great value for money. It was great to come back from temple visits and relax. We ate at the hotel for 2 of our 3 nights; lovely Fish Amok and Lac Loc Beef. Everything you need... Just fabulous!
