Very good service from the staff. We got champagne, fruit and cake from the hotel when my boyfriend was celebrating his birthday. The animation team was fabilous! - I liked very much the pool area. The food was good.

Room Comfort, Air Conditioned, Cleaned every day, Sea & Pool view, Free use of safe, Restaurant food choice and quality for the price. Very friendly staff and manager where nothing was too much trouble. Pool, sun loungers and sun shades of good quality wood not plastic. Very modern look and the sky bar has amazing view of sunny beach at night.

I realy liked the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. there were everything we need in the room - 2 big beds ( i stayed with my friend), air conditioner, small refrigarator, tv, nice balcony with table and chairs... it took 5-7 min to get to the seacost hotedand 10-15 min to the city center, great location. Curtains almost blackout (not all hotels have them), carpet on the
floor, the room is pretty cosy. Mosquito net on the balcony door. Shower
cabin drained quickly and did not make a mess on the floor (pretty usual
with other hotels). Breakfast containing a good variety. Parking in
front of the hotel.
This time no music at the pool, as it was cold outside.
Late-checkout: until 14 - 20 BGN, until 16 - 25 BGN, possible even later

Helpful staff, big apartments, beautiful view to the mountain, a fully equiped kitchen, near to the lift Studenets 2, near to the main road Smolyan-Plovdiv. The GPS coordinate are correct, but there is no sign with the name of the hotel. -

Very clean room (studio in our case), quiet hotel territory. Balcony, air conditioning, clean bathroom. All tools necessary for cooking. Very good quality for the money we paid. The hotel is located 15 minutes walking from the Sunny Beach center and 15-20 min walking from the beach - was an advantage for us, looking for something quiet.

Nice hotel personnel. A problem with the TV receiver was fixed same day as we noticed the reception.
Supermarket - The apartment is perfetto.nuovo, well equipped, excellent cleaning and any other comfort. Swimming pool, tennis court, football all round. It 'just a ten minute walk from the center. Economical and perfect for a trip with friends
L'appartamento è perfetto.nuovo, ben attrezzato, pulizia eccellente e qualsiasi altro confort. Piscina, campo da tennis, da calcio completano il tutto. E' a soli dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Economico e perfetto per un viaggio con amici

Great location. Pool area was excellent with huge main pool. Activities every day (we stayed in July) - water polo, water volleyball, petanque, shuffle board, kids mini disco. If we ever go back to Sunny Beach, we'll most likely choose this hotel for our stay. - Large rooms

I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.
