All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the interactive staff spoke excellent English.
The bathroom was beautifully clean. After a night in Hong Kong Regal Airport Hotel at 130 Euros, no breakfast and a grubby bathroom, I couldn't be more delighted.
This hotel is suitable for anyone who needs a quiet, reasonably priced hotel; fantastic value for money.

Location close to Vitosha boulevard is great. Hotel is in quiet side-street. Nice neighbourhood, many nice restaurants in the side-streets. Room was more four star: modern, clean and spacious. Loved the big bathroom and the big balcony (5th floor). Staff spoke english and acted very adequate. WIFI (free) was excellent. Taxi from airport about 13 lev (desk OK taxi).

Don't think that it is far away from the city. It's just 10 mins. away from the city center(by taxi 8 lev). And sofia is so tiny, you can go anywhere by taxi just in few minutes and maximum cost is 15 lev. Hotel is very close the airport. By taxi 4 lev. and 5 minutes. Hotel is brand-new. Very clean. What was very imp -
The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.
