Everything was excellent - the staff, the restaurant food, the air, and the price. The rooms were very comfortable, even luxurious. Besides, there was a nice spa salon, and the hotel is located near the Rila mountains (the 7 lakes). Particularly, I'd like to stress that the receptionist Dasy is very friendly, helpful and nice. The restaurant cook is also great, the food is delicious. So, I highly recommend this hotel to all visitors.
