El apartamento de dos habitaciones estaba en la calle Gurko, a unos 10 minutos andando de la catedral Alexander Nevski. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. "Pirotska" is a very quiet street, not far from the city centre, a 2-min-walk to metro station. The street is full of coffee bars (however these are a bit "simple"; if one prefers western-style and trendy bars, these are located particularly in the west from the Vitosha boulevard). I stayed in Gurko St and the location was excellent. The apartment was clean, and very spacious.
This was ideal for 2 couples because of the 2 double rooms, a 50 inch plasma tv and the air con was good because it was 28 degrees when I was in Sofia.
I have been to Sofia a few times and stayed in 4 different apartments, this is by far the best value for money.

This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Air-con costs an extra 1 euro per day. -

Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ). The kitchen is great though not many utensils. Great room ... everything very clean.
