  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites.   La ubicación cerca de la estación de trenes y autobuses - Great location, very clean and the service was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone and would use again if in Sofia. - Staff were friendly and courteous ( spoke good English ). The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. All in all it was very good value.
