  We made a trip to the Euphoria Club Hotel & Spa this past weekend and it was amazing. We received a good deal since it’s off season from the winter months. The rooms are wonderful and best linens I’ve seen in Bulgaria. The spa was great with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Take a trip into Borovets it’s quiet but very - The hotel is very nice decorated and brand new, with very large rooms. -The prices of the food and drinks are very good -Breakfast is fine (my wife would like more sweets but for me eggs, bacon, cheese etc are perfect) -The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The spa is very nice and enjoyed the massage very much after 4 days of skiing.

  Clean,nice staff although poor language command. - The staff was great. Unfortuatley the restaurant did not have most of the food items that were listed on the menu. Also I thought I paid on line, but upon arrival was told that the payment did not happen and I needed to pay there in cash directly to the apartment owner - that was a bit unexpected... lo que la gente dice » and confusing.
