I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pool that was very close to our villa. We will come back for sure -

We were in Balchik to visit the botanical gardens. The hotel Selena worked just fine for us. The accommodations were just so-so but they were what we expected for the price. Everything was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and It was just fine including from Peter, the server.

I stayed one night only. The owners (Jenna and her son) were friendly, welcoming,and very helpful. The suite was very clean, smelt lovely. The staff is very nice. I was worried about the car but they gave us a parking slot inside the yard. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian.
The waiters are very nice, they make efforts to speak foreign languages. -

The hotel is near the castle, it's easy to get and the personnel was very polite and pleasent.Very cheap, confortable and pleasent place. we took the rooms 5 and 6. 5 has a kitchen with few necessary things(spoon, glasses, etc) -

We paid a correct price for this, the waiter advised about different kinds of bulgarian dishes. Breakfast -continental, but ok, they offered more coffee or anything else we wanted. The rooms - very clean and spacious, the AC worked very well for warming.The parking is overseen.

Was a perfect hotel to stay, just one more think to explain: from Balcik u nead to go out side 3km on Albena road on the left side its the hotel. U have buss station direct to hotel if you go without a car. Hotel staff very friendly - 5 stars - All was positive. Especially mark for teh owner of this hotel. We will come back avery time.

sea. Very quiet, the apartments are treated as small houses with ground
